Computer Repair

 We warranty the workmanship for a period of 30 days from the service date. This would include issues with configured installation setup by a technician. We are not responsible for issues due to setting changes, new software upgrades, Internet Service, Provider connection issues, relocation, viruses, spyware, adware, or misuse. Please back up all vital data files prior to service being performed. We are not responsible for lost data. Customer must have available all legally licensed software and media that may be required.

All On-site service calls include travel charges. 

Since we do not charge a "Portal to Portal" Charge all On-Site Service calls are at a 1 Hour minimum.
