What happens if I need to return something?
  • Defective Product - To return a defective product for ninety (90) days after purchase, call our customer service department at 800-224-5913 and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will replace the defective product or issue you a refund in full for all defective product returned. Remember, that's for 90 days.

  • Non-defective Product - To return products that are not defective, (customer ordered incorrectly - customer changed his/her mind, etc.) call our customer service department at 800-224-5913 and request a "Return Authorization" number. All returned products must have an "RA" number on the return box. We will issue a replacement or refund at the customers request for all unopened, unused products returned within 30 days of purchase. All stocking, non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee after 30 days and a 30% restocking fee after 60 days. Restocking charges are applied at the sole discretion of AA Universal Toners and is determined by, but not limited to, condition of returned product.
