What is the difference between
Compatible and Remanufactured Toner Cartridges? Remanufactured toner cartridges are products that have been used, disassembled, cleaned, recharged/refilled, and reassembled with some new parts. Compatible toner cartridges are brand new from a manufacturer that uses ISO standards and brand name specifications from the toner manufacturer that it is compatible with. What does AA Universal Toners do with empty cartridges? Currently we are working on a program to buy back empty toner cartridges, used fusers, used maintenance kits, but due to shipping requirements, we only accept batches of empties. And not every empty cartridge can qualify for recycling. Can I order my product and get it next day? Yes, most products that we have in stock are sent out and arrive on a next day basis. All though this not a guaranteed next day delivery, for an extra charge, we can have FedEx or UPS do an AM delivery. What payment options do I have? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Anyone who wishes to have terms must send us their business & bank references for approval. What is your return policy? On products that are not opened and in re-sellable condition, there is a 15% re-stocking charge and shipping is not re-fundable. If the OEM was a defective product, please see the manufacturer for their Terms & Conditions on replacing it. Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?
