Payment Terms:
- Upon credit approval, terms are net 20 days
from the date of invoice.
- A credit line can be established by
completing the Customer Credit Application.

- No shipments will be made to accounts that
are ten (10) days past due or over their credit
limit.
- VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express are accepted at the TIME
OF ORDER ONLY.
- There will be a $50.00 charge for any check
returned for insufficient funds.

- We do not accept COD orders at this time.
Shipping:
- Delivery on most toner orders over $500 is
free depending on pre-selected products being
shipped.
- The maximum shipping fee for ground orders
of toner or supply
products on normal stocking items will be only
$7. Next Day or AM service charges may apply
depending on requested delivery time.
- For equipment including computers, laptops,
monitors, and other technology items, shipping
will depend on weight, carrier, and other
factors. Please see your sales representative to
confirm shipping costs prior to ordering.
Returns:
- All non-stocking, non-defective returns will
be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
- All stocking, non-defective returns will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee after 30 days
and a 30% restocking fee after 60days.
- All claims of defective product must be made
within 45 days.
- Items must be packaged in the original
product box - not the shipping carton.
Credit will not be issued until the product in
question has been received back by AA Universal
Toners Staff
- Freight will only be credited for AA
Universal Toner errors. All returns must be sent
back pre-paid. Any returns that are sent back
freight collect will be refused.
Requests for returns resulting from AA Universal
Toner errors must be made within 30 days of the
invoice date.
- Product that is returned without an
associated RMA # and returned product that was
not originally purchased from us, will be
returned to you at your expense.
- To receive a credit for product damaged in
transit, the product must be signed for as
damaged and the damage must be reported to AA
Universal Toners within 5 days of receipt of the
product. The product must be returned in its
original exterior carton. If the following
conditions are not met a credit cannot be
issued.
Defective Product Returns
- Cartridge-based copier and fax supplies
require a letter from the manufacturer or
Authorized Service Technician describing the
defect's. The letter must
be on an authorized service company's
letterhead. A copy of this letter must be
provided prior to the issuance of an RMA; credit
will not be issued without it.
No exceptions.
- All claims of defective product must be made
within 90 days.
- All defective products must be sent returned
freight prepaid.
- All defective returns will be inspected and
toner cartridges will be weighed. Product that
is found to be non-defective or used will not be
credited. Such product will be returned to you
at your expense.
- All defective returns must be returned in
the OEM box.
As determined by the industry and our
manufacturers, please note these exceptions to our
return policy:
- Bulk diskettes cannot be returned. All sales
are final.
- All Bottled copier, fax, printer supplies
including toner, developer and fuser supplies
are checked and in saleable condition before
shipping, and therefore, are not returnable. All
sales of these items are final.
- All Ricoh products must be returned directly
to Ricoh - Call 800-882-4858.
- All Tektronix product must be returned
directly to Tektronix - Call 800-835-6100
- All Xerox product must be returned directly
to Xerox - Call 800-835-6100
- All Sharp product must be returned directly
to Sharp - Call 800-237-4277
- Imation Data Cartridges must be returned
directly to Imation by the end user. Call
800-328-9438.
AA Universal Toners reserves the right to update
prices, product specifications, and policies without
prior notice. Please speak with a customer service
